I liked the two speeds and automatic function – it handles dough well. However, the plastic body feels a bit lightweight, and the 240 V voltage means you’ll need a transformer for US use. The included blender is a nice bonus, but I wish the bowl were larger for bigger jobs. It’s pricier than basic models, but the build quality from France is evident. Overall, a capable processor if voltage isn’t an issue.
